POLSTAR BUILDING DESIGN works closely with a fully qualified and registered structural engineer to ensure preferential rates.

PLANNING PERMISSION for householder application £206.00
PLANNING PERMISSION for new dwelling £462.00
BUILDING REGULATIONS fees are divided into 2 and vary between Local Authorities. They are approximately;
Plan Checking Fee £150.00 Payable on submission of application.
Inspection Fee £400 (depending on size and type of project) Payable once works commence.
